Contractor

Contractor provides the preparation, approval and management of supplier and raw materials sales contracts, including payment rates, contracted products and terms.

It manages contracts for activities related to planning, operations, and biomass supply. With it, you:

  • Create contract program templates (establish terms)
  • Assign payment, rates, and instructions
  • Manage contract programs by contract, party, location, and product
  • Link costs and volumes back to planned activities
  • Compare planned and actual costs
  • Manage vendor/party information such as contact details, insurance status, training certification, etc.
  • Support General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Track all data-related changes through internal auditing features
  • Address concerns around the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and Chain of Custody mandates.
