Cengea's soil and water conservation solution is known as Watershed. It is an Internet-based integrated administrative, operational, and decision-making system that supports all conservation business functions and practices across multiple conservation agencies and administrative units. Watershed meets the needs of diverse stakeholders and conservation program participants. Specifically, Watershed has been designed for:
- Funding agencies (typically state or provincial soil and water conservation agencies) funding cost-share programs
- Program delivery agencies such as state agencies delivering non-point source Section 319 programs
- Soil and Water Conservation Districts who deliver federal, state and local programs to help landowners and operators implement Best Management Practices (BMPs) on their land
- Watershed management authorities engaged in watershed planning, management and watershed health monitoring
- Groups engaged in verifying or aggregating carbon credits or water quality credits from agricultural sources
Watershed helps these organizations effectively administer programs by:
