CONSOLIDATED TOLL-FREE NUMBER FOR SUPPORT, SALES, AND GENERAL INQUIRIES

 

Vancouver, B.C. – February 24, 2010 – In order to consolidate all toll-free numbers, Cengea has set up a new toll-free number which will replace the two previous numbers. The new number is 1-866-776-5850, and it can be found at our website www.cengea.com by following “About Cengea” and clicking the “Contact Us” link.

The new toll-free number has been in place since December 2009 and is already used by many of the existing clients for support requests. The new toll-free number utilizes a menu system to help guide callers to the appropriate person at Cengea. The toll-free number can be used for client support calls, sales inquiries, and general inquiries as well.

The old toll-free numbers will be deactivated on Friday, March 5th. After this date, the new toll-free number will be the only toll-free line available for reaching Cengea support and sales. This change does not affect any direct access numbers currently in use.
